Ardmore Music Hall

VENUE SPOTLIGHT

Ardmore Music Hall

Ardmore, PA

The Ardmore Music Hall, a 600 capacity intimate music venue & bar in Ardmore, PA, just 2 miles outside Philadelphia proper, was founded in 2013 but holds a rich history. The room was home to the legendary 23 East Cabaret from 1980-1994 and then had a 17 year run as Brownies 23 East, before being renovated and re-branded as a full time concert hall again. We recently had a chance to catch up with Chris Perella, who is the co-owner and is programming the music at the Ardmore Music Hall.

Over the last few years Nectar Lounge in Seattle has become the comfortable home of national touring acts and regional powerhouses. Chuck’s in Burbank, IL

Chuck’s

Burbank, IL

We gig all over Chicago and recently had a chance to get in on the ground floor of a new venue in the South suburbs called the Voodoo Lounge. It is part of a fabulous restaurant campus that includes Chuck’s Southern Comforts Café,serving top notch Mexican food, and the Voodoo Lounge, which as the name implies is the Cajun way station and BBQ depot. This is where the bands play and is in the French Quarter tradition: a painted concrete floor and low tile ceiling.

The Good Foot

The Good Foot

Portland, OR

Over the years, the Good Foot has been one of the best venues for live music fans in the Rose City of Portland, Oregon. Long known as a place where people really believe in quality of life over other things like work and money, Portland is a vibrant city that is growing and has a focus on outdoor living, the environment, and a generally bohemian lifestyle. For years, the Good Foot has been a place for these types of people to come and see live music. Not interested in cover bands or DJs or other fad oriented music, the customers come to see bands that play music that way it should be played.
