The award-winning rock and roll band with horns Chicago, played to a sold-out crowd at The World-Famous Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut on Thursday, November 7th, 2024. Chicago is no stranger to Mohegan Sun, they have played multiple times since 2003 at the first-class resort casino, book your next trip to Mohegan Sun now! https://mohegansun.com/
Chicago is; Robert Lamm (keyboards, vocals, composer), Lee Loughnane (trumpet, flugelhorn, songwriter), James Pankow (trombone, horn arranger, composer), Ray Herrmann (saxophones, flute, clarinet), Walfredo Rayes Jr. (drums), Neil Donell (vocals, guitar), Raymon “Ray” Yslas (percussion), Tony Obrohta (guitar, vocals), Loren Gold (keyboards, vocals), and Eric Baines (bass, vocals)
The band treated fans young and old to the feel-good sounds only Chicago can produce. Though I did not get to hear my favorite song “Wishing You Were Here”, they did perform a lifetime of hits including the Grammy award winning song “If You Leave Me Now” in this sold-out show!
Chicago performed two sets of music that included an insane drum solo that would rival something you would see at a Grateful Dead show! They rocked the crowd all night with chartbusting songs like “You’re the Inspiration”, “Hard Habit to Break”, and the fan favorite “25 or 6 to 4.”.
