Backwoods Pondfest returns to the Twin Ponds Campsite in Peru, New York for its eighth consecutive year on the weekend of August 8th and 9th. The festival includes over twenty bands from throughout the country, featured on two different stages. Some artists on this year’s bill include:
Jurassic 5’s Chali 2na & The House of Vibe, Twiddle, Spiritual Rez, Alan Evan’s PlayOnBrother, Turkuaz , Sophistafunk, Two nights with host band Lucid, Hot Day at the Zoo, Cabinet, Aqueous. Blind Owl Band, Conehead Buddha, Fikus, Big Mean Sound Machine, Mister F, and many more!

Guests pay $85 at the gate day–‐of the event. To purchase a ticket in advance is only $70.
Park by your tent, have your own campfire. BYOB (no glass), and free camping comes with the ticket.
There will be fire spinners, food vendors, craft & novelty vendors and much more.

In addition to the art and entertainment Strangers Helping Strangers will help the festival Continue its tradition of giving back to the community by hosting a food drive. There will also be Saturday morning Yogab with SamJo, and two teaching sessions
of Hula Hoop techniques with Small Tribe Hoops on Friday and Saturday.
Jamcare will be present with EMT staff for any medical needs.
