The Peach Music Festival began in 2012 as the first-ever Allman Brothers Band-inspired festival in the Northeast and has evolved into one of the most highly-anticipated festivals in the extended national jam scene. While the festival’s 2023 lineup presents a more stylistically varied program than its Allman-centric early years, the legacy of the iconic act will be well represented at the 11th annual running of The Peach.

In addition to a Jaimoe & Friends performance led by the founding ABB drummer and a set by Brother and Sister, the duo featuring the late Butch Trucks‘s son and daughter, Vaylor Trucks and Melody Trucks, the 2023 festival’s headlining set by Tedeschi Trucks Band will mark the first time revered guitarist Derek Trucks has played The Peach since he appeared with both TTB and the Allman Brothers Band in 2014. The 2023 event will also feature the return of new-age ABB tribute act Trouble No More—comprised of Brandon “Taz” Niederaurer (guitar, vocals), Daniel Donato (guitar, vocals), Dylan Niederaurer (bass guitar), Jack Ryan (drums), Nikki Glaspie (drums), Lamar Williams Jr. (vocals), Peter Levin (keys), and Roosevelt Collier (pedal steel guitar)—for a complete performance of 1973’s Brothers and Sisters in honor of the album’s 50th birthday.
