Victoria’s and Ska and Reggae Festival came in hot with the unveiling of the majority of its line-up along with the Rocksteady Collective multimedia program and a number of other exciting features for this year’s event. But today organizers are excited to add to the impressive list of bands that are coming from around the world to celebrate our 16th annual edition.
