Thanksgiving is the time of the year to show extra appreciation to your loved ones. One of the premier supergroups in Bethlehem, PA, The Insidious Rays, came home for a special show at one of their favorite venues, The Funhouse.

It’s always great to catch up with friends & family during the holidays, and there is no better place than at a show. Celebrating fifteen years together, “The Rays”, brought the heat to The Funhouse on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving.

With brothers, Seth & Matt Juknevic, on bass and vocals/guitar, along with Michael Davidson, the long time friends brought out the old tunes like Driving On PCP and Tie Your ShoesMulti-instrumentalist, Chris McDermott, shined during Science In French and Rock ‘N Roll Nightmare.

Throughout the evening, drummer, Jon Braun, was smiling ear to ear as he played his kit in the foreground. Keystone music fans know Braun through his many musical projects including front man for the Talking Heads tribute band Start Making Sense as well as other projects like Great White Caps and more.

Throughout the evening, the packed bar were treated to some special guests onstage with the Rays including Barry B. and Tony G. on saxophone. Even though some time may pass before the group plays live together, The Insidious Rays were firing on all cylinders and had started the Thanksgiving weekend on the right note.
