The brand new Caloosa Sound Amphitheater has raised the bar once again for the third of four concerts in the Rockin on the River series 2022 by testing the Monday night crowd of Fort Myers and they did not disappoint by nearly selling out. The nearly packed waterfront venue hosted Grammy and multi award winning country music artist Lorrie Morgan on Monday November, 21st 2022.
Lorrie Morgan hand-picked a young upcoming star to open the show named Morgan Cheyanne that really got the crowd warmed up with her natural stage presence and beauty, not to mention this girl can play the guitar and well!

Lorrie Morgan has been an active singer since the age of thirteen, she charted her first of over forty songs in 1979 that eventually led to 3 number one singles “Didn’t Know My Own Strength”, “Five Minutes”, and “What Part of No”. Lorrie has had eleven top-ten hits in addition to those number-one singles. She is also a member of the Grand Ole Opry.
Lorrie Morgan brought her graceful and dramatic voice and country pop style to the welcoming Fort Myers crowd as she sang country hits all night like “Watch Me”, “What Part of No”, and “Five Minutes” and a few covers as well with “Ode to Billie Joe”, Ode to Billie Joe (Bobby Gentry cover.)
Another great selection was the Beach Boys “Don’t Worry Baby” Don’t Worry Baby.
