Green Mountain’s gem of a music festival has officially announced their highly anticipated lineup.

The festival promises to put the FUN in funk as Yo Mama’s Big Fat Booty Band and The Fritz will be performing. Both bands cite Asheville as their hometown, a mere 40 minutes from Soulshine, and are guaranteed to put on a hometown throwdown.

Infectious Latin groove masters Sol Rhythms will get you spinning under the sun witsoulshine2h their eclectic world music, as well as  Zansa, a 5 piece afro-pop fusion. Bringing the roots, rock, and reggae will be local favorite Dub Kartel.

Keeping the grateful message alive, Bill & Friends, will be making their debut on the Soulshine lineup. Their tunes ranges from acoustic to electric, psychedelic and soulful, and encompass many Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia Band songs.

Returning for their second year, Soulshine favorite the Screaming Js, will be keeping the boogie train going all night long (and way into the early morning).
