SENSORiUM announced today that electronic hydro-funk outfit Sunsquabi is joining the lineup as the event headliner. Additionally, they’ve added Flamingosis and Baltimore’s Electric Love Machine – known as ELM, as well as Agent Zero, Digital Frontier, and Humandala. The add-ons come after a first wave announcement that included Daedelus, host-band Tweed, Wax Future, MINKA, and many others. This year’s event is being hosted at The Ukie Club on Franklin in Philadelphia, and features music from noon to 2am on Saturday Aug. 25 (and into the hours of Aug. 26).

Founded in 2017 by Joe Vela, drummer for Tweed and entrepreneur, the inaugural SENSORiUM festival celebrates Philadelphia’s thriving diversity in music and arts. The event was thrown in honor of host-band Tweed’s late friend, Suman Addya, who was an inspiration for SENSORiUM events and regularly traveled on the road with Tweed.

“Sensorium is the amalgamation of perception, the sum of sensation, it’s where experience and environment combine.” SENSORiUM brings together fans of music and arts for multi-dimensional, ultra-curated events, and sensational visual and interactive art installations.
